The gîte borders a non-treated orchard from which you are welcome to eat the fruit and nuts. The garden leads onto a field where young trees have just been planted.
The gîte also looks out on to a large field which produces either wheat, rape or sunflowers. Beyond the field lie vineyards, fields and woodland.
The large parking space is a shared area. Next to it, a wooden path leads onto a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a refreshing outside shower making this the perfect place for sunbathing or simply for sitting out and enjoying the calm.
There is a tiled terrace, with a cast-iron table and chairs for enjoying your meals in the sun. This area also includes a BBQ and a pizza oven.

This gîte is perfect for four people. In needed, during the lower season it is possible to rent out half of the gîte (suitable for two people).
The lounge is a bright, spacious area that boasts two windows. A southward-facing window along with a 6m wide sliding bay window facing eastwards.
The kitchen is separated from the lounge by an island, doubling up as a storage space and the oven area.
One of the bedrooms contains a brand new double bed (180cm) with a top quality base mattress, a spacious wardrobe and shelves. The large ensuite shower room includes an Italian style shower, a sink and a modern toilet.
The second bedroom contains two single beds (90 cm each). Large bookshelves are stocked with a choice of books. A separate little shower room is dedicated to this bedroom and includes a smaller Italian style shower, a sink and a modern toilet.
All the rooms are equipped with metallic sliding doors and electric blinds.

This accommodation is suitable for people with disabilities and reduced mobility (wheelchair access, low sink, space under the kitchen counter, large spaces in every room…)
. Water, electricity and gas charges, wi-fi, AC and heating, sheets, bed linen and towels, cleaning products, are included in the rental fees.
All our cleaning products are environmentallly-friendly.
The cleaning costs 60 euros. It is not compulsory.
Equipment for babies is available on request (cot, small plastic bath, baby-cook, bottle-drying stand etc) for an extra charge of 30 euros.

wood stove, stereo system (which reads both CDs and a memory stick), fan-assisted oven, fridge, dish-washer, microwave, all electrical appliances that you might need (coffee machine, mixer, pressure cooker, hoover etc). washing machine, fan heater in the shower rooms, hair dryer, iron, brooms, portable clothes line, BBQ, washing basket, flat screen television, board games (in particular about wine knowledge).
For security reasons, we draw your attention to the fact that the sliding doors are dangerous for crawling babies and toddlers. For those of you who would like to bring your pets we remind you that there is no fencing around the gîte.
